What light through yonder doorway breaks? 'Tis the golden gleam of freshly fried jalebi, and the gentle perfume of cardamom that doth enchant the very air of our beloved shop. Welcome Sweets and Farsan — a name not merely spoken, but felt deep within the soul, like the first bite of warm mohanthal upon a winter's morn.
Our Craft
We are no ordinary merchants, dear patron. We are poets of the pan, philosophers of the farsan. Each morsel that emerges from our kitchen hath been fashioned with devotion most fervent — the sev, crisp as a sonnet; the kaju katli, smooth as a soliloquy; the chakli, spiralled like the very plot of a grand tragedy — yet far more pleasing upon the tongue.
